Camera

Company:  Gionee A1 comes with a 16 MP front camera and LED selfie flash. It comes with a massive F 2.0 aperture that allows more light and lets your selfies speak for themselves.

My Take: The Front Camera is actually pretty good and it also offers some Great software Enhancement for your selfies as well as your video calling while on Third party apps like Whatsapp, Facebook Messenger, Etc

Battery Life

Company: Selfies, music, video calling and much more, on a single charge for two days in a row is no longer a dream. The Gionee A1 is packed with a powerful 4010 mAh battery, smart power saving features and dual-core fast charging that keep you in charge always.

My take: Battery Life is pretty Solid And got me Easily a Full day usage with 4G constantly on and Multitasking with Many social media apps throughout the day, with few hours of Youtube Streaming and Little gaming and i, was still left with 10-15 % Charge, The Fast Charger included in The box Works pretty well and you can get your phone charged from 0 to 100 % in 2hrs

Hardware

Company :

4GB RAM, 64GB ROM: Massive Memory. Fast Functionality

The Gionee A1 smartphone has a 64 GB in-built ROM, which is expandable up to 256 GB, and a 4GB RAM that provides smooth operation with smart switching and speedy multi-tasking. So, store music, movies and a lot more along with those extraordinary selfies.

My take:  With the 4GB Ram the multitasking is Smooth and Retains 5-6 apps in memory, and Out of 64 GB internal storage we get around 45 GB of storage free

Software

Company: Nougat: The Smarter, Sweeter Android

Always wanted an Android phone that’s safer, more personalized and with multitasking capabilities? The all-new Gionee A1 smartphone has it all, enabled with a bigger, better and sweeter version of Android OS, Nougat. When paired with Amigo UI, it provides more security, privacy, customisations & faster functioning. Your wishes, now granted!

My take:  I am a bit disappointed with the software, there were Random APP crashes, which was frustrating at times, But it can be fixed with a software update, Hope Gionee Will soon roll out an update to fix the issue

Conclusion:  The Gionee A1 is a Decent performing device with Great Cameras and Superb battery life, with a software update the overall UI experience can be made more better, For the Price of Rs.17,000 (Now on Amazon), its a good device
