The design of Infinix Hot S3 Looks Amazing , and it dosent feel like a Sub 10,000 Rupees Smartphone , the rounded edges gives a great in hand feel while holding . The phone is made up of Good quality plastic and is Built pretty well , the weight of the phone is distributed very well , The Phone is Tall and have to used with both hands

 

Display

The Display on the Infinix Hot S3 is Good , the brightness is Fair enough and colours are punchy and pop out to be pretty well- it has a 18:9 display with HD+ Resolution & has NEG Glass for protection , top the top bezel we have the call speaker and Led Notification

Performance

The Phone comes with a Snapdragon 430 Octa core Chipset which performs good in day to day tasks , it is Coupled with 3GB Ram 32 GB Storage +128 GB of external storage , This Phone has a Full dual sim +Microsd Card Slot  , General apps like Youtube , Facebook , Whatsapp and emails open quickly , Multitasking on this phone is Fair, Face Unlock on the phone is also Pretty quick

So this phone runs on a XOS which is the Customised version of Android Oreo from Infinix , XOS is a pretty Good , as it offers many features over Normal Stock android , it support variety of gestures and other modes which gives a overall good Software experience

Battery Life

This Smartphone has a 4000 Mah battery , which will last you for for a day & Half with Normal usage , with WiFi , 4G Turned on , and Casual Gaming and Video Streaming ,Also the Phone has Normal 5V-2A Charger , which charges the full phone in around 3 hrs or so

Connectivity

The Infinix Hot S3 Comes with a Dual Sim Support , it has two dedicated Sim slots and a  Micro SD, It also supports 4G , and also have VoLTE Support , ( Jio Sim works without any issues , there were no Call Drops or Speed Issues ) , WiFi Reception is Decent It supports 2.4GHz bands)

Gaming

We tired playing Asphalt 8 Airborne , Mortal combat X , Dead trigger 2 on this mobile at Medium Settings and most games played Smoothly and Battery Drain was minimal and Phone was mostly cool

Heating 

There is Rarely any Heat , But at after few minutes of intensive tasks the phone heats up a bit but as cool down when there is no usage !

The Infinix Hot S3 is equipped with 13MP Rear Camera which performs Fair Enough in good Lighting . Low light Performance is Decent  |  Although it Comes with 20MP Front Camera which performs Exceptionally well  , to my surprise the selfies in the low light also tend to look good

Verdict

Infinix Hot S3 is a solid Smartphone with Amazing Selfie camera and Good hardware & Lot of software features considering the price of Rs.8,999
